Information we collect

We collect the name, email address, phone number and city you provide when you create an account, along with the patient details you enter when booking an appointment.

How we use it

Your information is used to confirm appointments, process payments, send reminders and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Payment information

Card and UPI details are handled entirely by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card number.

Data retention

When you delete your account, your personal details are anonymised while financial and appointment records are retained as required by law.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
